Our story
Founded in Sydney, built for Australia.
Founded by a small team of hospitality operators, healthcare coordinators and corporate service leaders, JJ Prime Services was born from a simple frustration: agency staff that didn't understand the work, and management teams that didn't understand the pressure.
We built JJ Prime around the people we'd want working in our own organisations — trained, vetted, and led by industry professionals. Today we operate across NSW, VIC and QLD, supporting hundreds of sites with both casual shifts and full operational leadership.
